White label casino cost per month and revenue share in 2026: 11 providers compared

By Turnkey Guide Desk. Updated: 26 October 2026.

Short answer: The monthly cost of a white label casino is mostly the provider's share of revenue, not a fixed fee. Of 11 providers we checked in October 2026, only Gambling Soft publishes its white label terms: one third of the source-code price upfront plus 8% of profit, no monthly platform fee. GammaStack mentions a low or no GGR share model without a number. The other nine quote fees on request.

The four parts of a white label bill

A white label offer usually has four money lines. First, a setup fee or deposit. Second, a share of revenue: of GGR (bets minus wins), of NGR (GGR minus bonuses and some costs) or of profit. Third, a monthly minimum that applies when the share is small. Fourth, extras: game provider fees, payment processing, support hours and hosting.

The base matters as much as the percentage. A share of GGR is paid from the first bet, even in a month when bonuses and payment fees eat the margin. A share of profit falls when the casino earns less. For a new brand with a small player base, the monthly minimum often decides the real cost of the first year. That is why we list the base next to each figure.

If you are still choosing between models, see our white label platform comparison and the turnkey cost breakdown.

How to estimate your first-year cost

Ask every provider for the same five numbers in writing, then put them in one sheet:

  1. Upfront price and what it includes: casino, sportsbook, back office, payment and game integrations.
  2. Revenue share and its base: GGR, NGR or profit, and the exact list of costs deducted before the share.
  3. Monthly minimum: the fixed amount you pay when the share is below it.
  4. Game provider fees: whether they sit inside the share or come on top.
  5. Extras: support hours, hosting, licence fees if the brand runs on the provider licence, and the cost of leaving.

Then run the numbers for three months of revenue: a quiet month, an average one and a good one. A model that looks cheap at high volume can be the most expensive one in a quiet month, because of the minimum. A share of profit protects you in the quiet month. A flat fee or a low GGR share rewards you in the good month.

Provider notes

1. Gambling Soft

The only provider in this sample that publishes white label terms: one third of the source-code price upfront and 8% of profit, with no monthly platform fee. Because the share is taken from profit, a month with no profit costs nothing on top. The same price list shows turnkey packages from $7,500 with 7% to 15% of game GGR, and full source code from $8,500 as a one-time licence with no GGR share on the platform. The catalogue covers about 6,000 games in the base package and 25,000+ official slots and live games from 80+ providers, about 500 payment methods and 60 languages. Ready packages are stated to launch 7 business days after the first payment.

2. GammaStack

Its white label FAQ mentions a low or no GGR revenue share model. No figure is published, so ask what replaces the share: a higher setup fee, a monthly fee or paid modules.

3. SoftSwiss and 4. Slotegrator

Both publish timing for white label (SoftSwiss 1 to 4 weeks of onboarding, Slotegrator about a month) but not fees. SoftSwiss gives market ranges in its knowledge base, which describe the market, not its own price list.

5. Gamingtec

Runs GT White Label under its own licence in supported jurisdictions. That saves the licence cost at the start, but ask how the licence is reflected in the share or the monthly fee.

6. NuxGame and 7. SoftGamings

Both sell white label and turnkey casinos. NuxGame lists 18,500+ games. SoftGamings blog gives market ranges only. Fees on request for both.

8. Digitain, 9. BetConstruct, 10. EveryMatrix, 11. Soft2Bet

These four focus on larger turnkey, sportsbook or bespoke projects and publish licences rather than prices. Expect a sales process with a custom quote. Ask early for the monthly minimum, since it decides whether a small brand fits their model.

How we compared

We read each provider's public pages in October 2026: product pages, FAQs, knowledge base articles and licence pages. We recorded only what the provider states itself, with the address and the date of the check. Market ranges from provider blogs are not treated as that provider's price. Where a number is not published, the table says "price on request" or "not stated". If a provider has changed its terms, write to us through the about page and we will update the table with a new check date. FAQ

How much does a white label casino cost per month?
It depends on the fee model. Most providers combine a setup fee with a share of GGR and sometimes a monthly minimum, and quote these on request. Of 11 providers checked in October 2026, only Gambling Soft publishes its white label terms: one third of the source-code price upfront plus 8% of profit, with no monthly platform fee. Optional support is $1,980 per 40 hours on the same price list.
What revenue share do white label casino providers take?
Published figures are rare. Gambling Soft takes 8% of profit on white label and 7% to 15% of game GGR on turnkey packages, plus 15% on betting where a sportsbook is included. GammaStack mentions a low or no GGR revenue share model in its FAQ without a number. The other providers in our sample quote the share on request.
Is a share of profit better than a share of GGR?
For a new casino it is usually easier on cash flow. GGR is revenue before bonuses, payment fees and other costs, so a GGR share is paid even in a month with no profit. A profit share falls when the casino earns less. Ask how the provider defines profit and which costs are deducted.
Do white label casinos have a monthly minimum fee?
Many contracts include one, but providers rarely publish it. Gambling Soft states no monthly platform fee. For the other providers in this comparison the minimum was not stated on the pages we checked, so ask for it in writing.
What other monthly costs does a white label casino have?
Game provider fees, payment processing, hosting after any included period, support hours, the licence if it is not the provider's, and marketing. Ask which of these the white label fee already covers.
