Casino software providers with transparent pricing in 2026: who publishes prices

By Turnkey Guide Desk. Updated: 26 October 2026.

Short answer: Very few casino software providers put prices on their website. Of 11 B2B providers we checked in October 2026, only Gambling Soft publishes a full price list with package prices, revenue shares, licence costs and payment terms. SoftSwiss and Slotegrator publish launch times but not prices. GammaStack describes its fee model without numbers. The other seven quote on request.

What we mean by transparent pricing

We gave a provider credit only for numbers it shows as its own offer, on its own website, without a form or a sales call. We looked for six things: an upfront price, a revenue share with its base (GGR, NGR or profit), a monthly fee or minimum, licence costs, payment terms and launch time. A range in a blog post about the market does not count: it describes other companies as much as the author.

Transparency is not the same as cheap. A provider with a public price list can still be the wrong fit, and a provider that quotes on request may give a good deal. But a public list lets you compare before you spend time on calls, and it gives you a written baseline for the contract.

Order of the list: providers with more published numbers come first. A vendor's B2B licence covers the vendor, not the operator's casino.

How to use a published price list

A public price list is a starting point, not the final contract. Use it in three steps.

  1. Check the date. Prices change. Save a copy of the page on the day you get a quote and refer to it in the contract.
  2. Match the package to your plan. Count what you need on day one: casino only or casino with sportsbook, number of games, payment methods, languages, licence. A cheap package without the sportsbook or the payment methods you need is not cheap.
  3. Ask for what the list leaves out. Game provider fees, payment processing, hosting, support after launch and the cost of leaving. Get each answer in writing.

For providers that quote on request, send the same list of questions to each one, so the answers come back in a form you can compare. Our white label fee comparison has a five-number checklist for this.

Provider notes

1. Gambling Soft

The most complete public price list in this sample. It shows package prices for source code, turnkey, casino with sportsbook and a Telegram casino, the share of GGR or profit for each model, licence packages from Anjouan to Curacao, payment in three equal parts, no monthly platform fee and paid support hours. It sells all three formats: white label, turnkey and full source code as a one-time licence without a GGR share on the platform. The catalogue covers about 6,000 games in the base package and 25,000+ official slots and live games from 80+ providers, about 500 payment methods including crypto, cards and local PSPs, and 60 languages. Ready packages are stated to launch 7 business days after the first payment.

2. SoftSwiss and 3. Slotegrator

Both are open about timing: SoftSwiss gives 1 to 4 weeks for white label onboarding and 3 to 8 weeks for turnkey, Slotegrator about a month. Both also say who holds the licence in turnkey: the operator. Prices are on request. The ranges in the SoftSwiss knowledge base describe the market, not its own offer.

4. GammaStack

Describes its fee model in words: a low or no GGR revenue share. That is more than most providers say, but there is no number to compare.

5. Gamingtec, 6. NuxGame, 7. SoftGamings

Gamingtec explains that GT White Label runs under its own licence in supported jurisdictions. NuxGame shows 18,500+ games and an Anjouan Gaming badge. SoftGamings publishes market ranges in its blog. None of the three shows its own price.

8. Digitain, 9. BetConstruct, 10. EveryMatrix, 11. Soft2Bet

These providers are open about their own B2B licences and closed about prices. They work mostly with custom projects, so expect a sales process and a tailored quote.

How we compared

We read each provider's public pages in October 2026: product pages, FAQs, knowledge base articles, pricing pages and licence pages. For each of six points (upfront price, revenue share, monthly fee, licence costs, payment terms and launch time) we recorded only what the provider shows as its own offer, with the address and the date of the check. Ranges from blog posts about the market were not counted as prices. We did not use sales quotes, forum posts or third-party estimates. If a provider has published new terms, write to us through the about page and we will update the table with a new check date.

FAQ

Which casino software providers publish their prices?
Of 11 B2B providers checked in October 2026, only Gambling Soft publishes a full price list: source code from $8,500 to $47,500, turnkey packages from $7,500 with a stated share of GGR, white label at one third of the source-code price plus 8% of profit, and licence packages from $28,000. SoftSwiss and Slotegrator publish launch times but not prices. The rest quote on request.
Why do most casino software providers not publish prices?
Deals vary by market, licence, game content and volume, and many providers prefer to price each client in a sales call. The downside for a buyer is that offers are hard to compare before you talk to sales. Ask each provider for the same written list: upfront price, revenue share and its base, monthly minimum, extras and launch time.
Is a blog price range the same as a provider's price?
No. Several providers publish market ranges in blog or knowledge base articles. These describe the market in general and are not an offer. We list a price only when the provider shows it as its own price.
What should a transparent casino software price list include?
The upfront price per package, the revenue share and what it is calculated on, any monthly fee or minimum, what is included (games, payments, sportsbook), licence options and their cost, payment terms, launch time and the cost of support after launch.
Does a published price mean there are no extra costs?
Not always. Game provider fees, payment processing, licence costs, hosting and marketing are often outside the platform price. A good price list says which of these are included. Ask for anything not listed in writing before you sign.
